Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA), Madhesh Provincial Office, Janakpur, has implemented informational banners displaying the contact numbers of Distribution Center Chiefs and the Madhesh Provincial Office Chief at all 23 Distribution Centers across 8 districts under the Provincial Office. The initiative aims to provide customers with simple, accessible, and transparent electricity services.

The banners have been placed at the respective Distribution Centers to enable customers to easily contact the concerned Distribution Center Chief or the Provincial Office for electricity-related services, complaints, and other necessary information.

This initiative is expected to improve customers’ access to relevant contact information and contribute to transparent, accountable, and customer-friendly service delivery.
